Work starts at Window Fashion

Though there might not be a lot of visible activity outside the soon-to-be Window Fashion Resources building in Littleton, work is under way.

Paul Heaton Jr. and Paul Heaton Sr., owners of Heaton Construction Inc., which was awarded the renovation contract, were on the site Tuesday.

They said three loads of debris has already been taken from inside the facility, and next on the agenda is to tear up the floor to give plumbers access to the water and waste pipes.

The two said all restrooms in the facility are being redone and upgraded to be handicapped accessible.

They also the work is being given to local contractors, with the exception of installing a new sprinkler system.
