That’s no cat, but he has plenty of hats. Frank Silver, a student at McIver elementary School, models a stack of hats during a recent reading day activity. Many of the students choose different storybooks, and then acted out the tale contained within the pages. 4-H Coordinator Joe Long spent some time with pre-kindergarten students at McIver, teaching them the importance of good nutrition and healthy practices
